I’m trying to figure out how to lose weight fast
I know you’re itching to know what I’m doing talking about how to lose weight fast. It all started because a few days ago I visited a friend’s place where I had to climb once of those steep wheelchair ramps, and it did not end well. By the time I reached the top, I was perspiring, wheezing, my face was red, and I felt like I would die. I went into the bathroom to splash some cool water on my cheeks, and looked up into the mirror, and I realized something: I have to lose weight. Fast.
Actually, I’m starting to feel like I’m becoming my dad. He was a hugely fat man, with a warm sense of humor and a devout, good-natured outlook on life. But man, he was huge. And these days I’m growing large too. Now don’t get me wrong, I love my dad, but I sure want to keep myself from topping 250 pounds.
