The way you use this mask is by applying an oatmeal and water mix for 15-20 minutes twice per day to get the best results. What will happen is that the paste will dry up removing sebum from hair follicles. After using this mask, make sure to rinse your face with cold water.
Here’s another homemade acne treatment that is extremely successful. It involves using honey and apples. This remedy uses grated apple, which is then mixed together with 4 teaspoons of honey. This mixture will be the paste you use on the acne. Wear it for around 10 minutes. When you’re finished remove it and rinse the area with warm water. Do this two or three times each week for the best results.
